  • The clients brief was to develop the site with Two new homes, with design cues from the ‘colonial’ period. The development is required to work for a family occupying both homes long term, but also have flexibility with the ability to subdivide.

    After consultation with the clients to define their project brief and requirements, McDonald Architectural Design prepared a scheme plan with an extensive developed design stage to finalise a scheme plan for both homes to suit the clients needs and aesthetic preferences.

    McDonald Architectural Design worked closely with third party consultants to ensure that the design and consenting phase was as stress free as possible for the homeowners.

    The ‘Front House’ is under construction (due for completion mid 2023), with the rear house planned for construction thereafter.
