The clients brief was not strictly defined, with a focus on living and entertaining spaces. The home was required to take full advantage of the extensive rural outlook, and also maximise the natural light and sun coming in to the home. The form of the home was to be deliberately simple to keep construction cost modest. 

After consultation with the clients to define their project brief and requirements, McDonald Architectural Design prepared a scheme plan and developed design, with a final design that meets the clients needs and budget restrictions.

This home is scheduled for working drawings in Q1 2023, with construction scheduled to begin in 2023.
